Each table seats 6–8 people. Seating is assigned by the organizers and tables are shared with other guests.

Gold Ticket includes entrance to the party and participation in the full event, with the opportunity to enjoy the incredible view from the panoramic terrace of the Hotel Gabrielli.
Platinum Ticket includes everything in the Gold Ticket plus carnival costume rental.

Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds are provided in case of cancellation by the customer.

The event will be cancelled and refunded only in the case of an official ban imposed by current regulations.

Take part in one of the most beautiful private parties of the Venice Carnival, held in the Grand Hall of the Hotel Gabrielli on Riva degli Schiavoni, one of Venice’s most prestigious hotels, reopening to guests after an important restoration.
A gala dinner in historical costume with engaging dances, opera singers and plenty of theatrical performances.
The evening includes a welcome aperitif and a Carnival-style gala dinner in historical costume.

Opera singers will enliven the gala dinner with famous pieces from the great international operatic repertoire.
PROGRAM:
19:00 – Check-in: staff will welcome guests in the halls of the renovated Hotel Gabrielli.
19:30 – Aperitif and historical interactive dances in the portico of honor.
20:30 – Dinner concert in the Ballroom of the Hotel Gabrielli: the evening comes alive with a concert dinner served in the Grand Hall of the noble floor, where, between courses, opera singers will perform selections from the most famous international operatic repertoire.
23:30 – End of the evening with a buffet of traditional Venetian desserts.

Main course: Veal cheek braised in Amarone wine, sweet-and-sour red cabbage, mashed potatoes

VEGETARIAN MENU
Starter: Pumpkin millefeuille ingot, late radicchio, cauliflower purée
First course: Pumpkin risotto with puntarelle and amaretto
Main course: “Like a parmigiana” (baby eggplants, soy, three-tomato sauce, lactose-free grana cheese)
Dessert: Frittelle, galani, castagnole or sorbets and ice cream
