On Saturday, 7 February, La Chic Venise presents its Carnival celebration at Hotel Principe, in collaboration with the musicians and artists of the Rialto Ensemble.

Dress Code
Carnival costume or elegant attire with mask required.

Finger Food:
Cod cone with poppy seeds
Prawn in kataifi pastry

Appetizer:
Grilled octopus tentacle on Arlecchino potato purée

First Courses:
Gragnano DOP calamarata with prawns and Treviso IGP radicchio

Main Course:
Sea bass fillet on scampi bisque
Potato millefeuille with confit cherry tomatoes

Dessert:
Venetian fritters and galani

Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation by the client.
The event will only be canceled and refunded if officially prohibited by regulations.

Program and cast

Evening Program
6:30 PM – Check-in and guest welcome at the hotel lobby, where our staff will introduce the evening.
7:00 PM – Aperitif: live music and entertainment with artists who will engage the audience in a themed waltz and elegant ballroom dance lesson, for an unforgettable experience.
8:00 - 8:30 PM – Dinner in the restaurant. Between courses, singers, dancers, and jugglers will take turns performing to bring the theme of "The Prince of Venice" to life, offering guests a truly sensational experience.
11:00 PM – Dessert.
11:30 PM – End of the evening.
