EAT, DANCE, LAUGH
An evening of dancing that is elegant and fun with international guests who meet every year in the magnificent Ridotto Hall to celebrate the Venice carnival instyle.
The party will be held in the ballroom of Palazzo Dandolo, which in 1700 housed the public gaming hall known as "Il Ridotto", and will offer the opportunity to take a journey through time, listen to baroque music, famous arias, and above all have fun learning the basic steps of historical group dances, under the guidance of the Dance Masters.
The event includes a welcome aperitif and a four-course seated dinner paired with wines from the Veneto region. The main courses are based on fish, but in case of preference for a vegetarian or meat menu the attendees can inform us at the time of booking. It will not be possible to change the type of menu during the event and any food allergy must be reported to the booking office in advance.
The entrance to the halls is set at 8 p.m. and it is mandatory to wear the period costume, which can be rented at the Atelier Tiepolo. A cloakroom service will be available and, in case of mobility difficulties, there is an elevator.

Dandolo Palace, Ridotto Main Hall
The palace of the noble Dandolo was the first place to accomodate the "Ridotto", public gaming rooms from 1638 till 1774. It used to be open during Carnival, which lasted several months, and during that time Giacomo Casanova considered the Ridotto as the stage setting and backdrop for his conquests.
